HDX web display

Posted by: R2 on 08 December 2016

Similar issues I guess, but in my case new browser updates have removed ability to use my HDX via the PC. Using FireFox or Chrome browsers just reports [Plugin Not Supported]. I have tried to install Flash Player extensions and even temporarily disabling all the security warnings (usually a very silly thing) but nothing helps. Is there a Naim plugin that will work with either of my browsers? Thanks.

Good thing I don't own an HDX, way too many security vulnerabilities have been found in Adobe Flash Player for my tastes.

Chrome no longer supports flash content (in fact, it blocks it):

However, I have no problem connecting to my HDX via my windows 7 computer using Chrome.

There are other nonFlash ways from a Windows pc fortunately.
