Seems to have disappeared from play store if you do find it you can't download it just keeps coming up with an error code 940 ??

Generally, that's what it means. Google operate many servers and have to populate across, so apps can disappear while that's happening. If so, the new one should be up within 24 hours. Sometimes it means something else, eg the app maker haven't met some new condition, or Google found a bug.

Both the naim app and n-serve are available in the iPad App Store so if there is an update it must only be for the android app.

Just had a response from Steve Hopkins this is something to do with copyright on some artwork and should be resolved soon.
