Can't get acces to naim app?

I don't know why it occurs some error all the time. Only with VPN service everything is working fine. Does enyone know what is going on?

Appreciate for any suggestion.

iOS or Android. If Android and you are running v 7 I forget what silly name is in use for that, you cannot run the app currently.
