New year Hi Fi resolutions

New year resolutions tend to be with reference to curbing ones excesss'...
But I have decided, to NOT Curb my upgrade spending habits in the new year.
So my new year resolution is to purchase two new racks and possibly upgrade my speaker cables....
So what might be your new year hifi resolutions?
The only additions I am considering for 2017 is either (a) find a used Supercap DR (not easy) to try vs my 3rd party psu... or alternatively complete the SL full loom (need the Din>XLR for my 300 DR).
Or maybe I'll just enjoy the music. Sounds pretty good as is :-)

I would definitely Enjoy the music and definitely make both additions ....it's a win win situation.. ![]()
Plan to audition new speakers. But I may sit tight and wait in hope for a new pre offering. It's about time the pre amps were up dated so hopefully 2017 will see something new.
All the very best to everyone
Plan for 2017: replace 102 by 82 + second HC
Probably to leave NAIM.

For a pile, I mean stack, of Schiit?
To have more members " like" what I have to contribute to this forum
To flatter an error as intentional.
New speakers.
No more HiFi upgrades unless I win the lottery of course.
Listen more seriously to my music collection.
Buy lots of new music - that is "new" to me rather than in an absolute sense.
Play the guitar much more.
Here is to a peaceful and happy New Year to you all,
Allan

Always a goal of mine. It frustrates me when I don't get to play every day. When I was a student I was playing 3 hours a day. These days I'm lucky if I manage 10 hours in a 7 day week. :-(

Just slumming it with my 272/100 into AE301 speakers, kidding sounds wonderful
Will buy a powerline to optimise my Superuniti.. After completly disregarding the advice and posts about the powerline on this forum i just bought something of a different brand (wich made the Superuniti sound boring) i learned my lesson and will buy the Naim powercord.

PS Happy New Year to all on the forum... Graham
Just returned from Cymbiosis. LP12 fettled and Ekos SE fitted by Peter.
Find more time for the sweet spot. Music is being played long hours in our house but so much of it is while I am doing other things that I am often left with the feeling of just scratching the surface. In other words, the Naim music system which is a great diving tool Is mostly used just for snorkeling.
Massimo,
If I can ask, what do you teach?

Upgrade my turntable to an LP12
Buy more vinyl
Not exactly a confirmed plan but I am seriously looking at the ATC SCM11 to match with the NAC 202 / NAP 200, together with a Chord 2Qute. I already have the Dali Mentor Menuets with the 202/200 and the SCM11 will just add clutter to the space.
