The mac qobuz download app works fine but is slow and tended to stick and then timeout, it just needed a few pokes of 'download all' or the French equivalent since the interface is not in English. It took the best part of a day to download via this route.  It is crazy that they haven't maintained the original album structure in the metadata.  The flac files sound do sound good though.

Strange. Mine downloaded in about half an hour. The album is split into 17 discs, each of which represents an original album. So splitting them out is pretty easy, just a matter of fining the album titles and covers.

Well mine downloaded overnight using the Qobuz desktop app, so I'm over that hurdle! Now I just have to work out why they are totally invisible to my streamer.

By the way, did anyone find the PDF booklet that allegedly comes with this, or do you have to write this yourself, like all the other metadata!?

Well I have now given up ...

* Can't use the desktop app because it is inaccessible to my screenreader.

* Using Internet explorer I get a page not found when I click the download link (multiple attempts, all the same.

* using Chrome I can only get between 5-9Gb of the over 14Gb of the download - tried many times and no messages indicating what the issue is.

* and the tracks are still all over the place even after I have manually put the 9 albums worth I have managed to download into separate folders.

Don't care whether this is Qobuz or the UnitiServe in terms of the metadata but poor result of my first ever download so will stick to ripping CDs in future.

Great shout from the OP though - at least I have the 9 albums worth of tracks

Allan

i initially had the same problem with the Desktop App trying to download it from the download page. I found the fix to be downloading the app separately then opening it prior to download.

I didn't use the desktop app. For some reason it wouldn't kick in so I downloaded each file individually from a page that listed them with hyperlinks. Since I always clean up and customise the meta data  it was no chore to download them in batches of four or so and do the tags as they arrived. Took about a day though.
