HDX bug (minor)

Posted by: EJS on 07 August 2011

Hello all,

During editing album names in Desktop Client (it also seems to happen via the Flash interface), I frequently encounter the phenomenon that the HDX loses an album's cover art. It doesn't happen consistently, and doesn't seem to care whether the art was manually imported or via AMG. Can't imagine this being a fault with my specific machine, wonder if others have encountered the same?

Cheers,

EJ

Hi EJS,

I've noticed the same here a couple of times. I thought I was the only one with this issue!

I also noticed that.

But I alson noticed that it happens if you use the ESC key to leave. It doesn't happen if you close the window with your mouse.

Regards.

I have had this too. Also when changing cover art, (the strokes alternative cover) it reverted back to the amg cover. Took 2 attempts to get it to stick.

Maybe it has something to do with the 1.5a SP2 software update?

This is under investigation as to the root cause now.
