DAC-V1 won't start

My DAC-V1 won't start anymore: once the power switch is on the logo freezes and then nothing happens. I also noticed that if immediately after powering on I push any button, then instead of freezing at logo it freezes at caption "Unable to write Flash 4". Could you help me please?

I have no clue but would suggest emailing Naim Technical Support -- they are the experts!

You've arrived at the green screen of death. Try pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del on the remote and force a reboot.
