No music store...

I was ripping CDs on my unitiserve, superuniti system this afternoon when I got a glitch on one CD - the CD was ejected from the unitiserve but it looked liked it hadn't fully ripped on the app. I switch off the unitiserve and updated the app. All seemed well. I could call up previously ripped CDs but then when I tried to rip another CD I got the message No music store could be located to...

how do I remedy this?

Is this a HDD or SSD model?  If SSD, there could be an issue on the device where the Store is housed (your nas) -or- with the uServe.  If HDD, then it's a uServe issue; if rebooting it a few times doesn't help, you're going to have to email Naim support and hopefully they can log into it remotely and fix it.  Good luck!
