Is anyone else having difficulties getting to this site? I have tried several times during the last week without success. Have they ceased trading? Anyone know please?
Same here. Site not available.
Strange easy for me while it's normally a very slow site. Either and IT issue which I don't assume, as you would get a maintenance page normally, or they stopped trading in a certain market. I almost never do business with them, price wise they are not the best. So only when they offer something others don't have...
They've struggled with web site performance for some time now now, but when it works it's worthwhile routing out bargains. I tend to find they are more competitively priced than much of the competition, unlike Bert it seems.
Hi, I see the site immediately. As Bert and myself are in Germany, while Chris and Dougie are in England regional restrictions might be the cause.
Interesting comments. I have had quite a few good buys from them previously, and like Intothevoid, I've often found them to be more competitive than other usual sites, particularly for my interest in classical music. I have just tried again before posting this, and have been unable to access the site.
I havent used them for a while so just tried. Home page opened no problem, but everything else I then tried timed out without opening. Then tried 5 min later and windows opened fine. Maybe a bandwidth problem their end?

I have Qobuz sublime which gives me a discount on a lot of stuff. Most of my albums are just below 10 euros in high res, a price I don't get on high res audio. One could now argue, but you have to pay the sublime fee....true, but I buy enough to overcompensate for that...
I just connected to the site, without any delays. When I clicked on one of the links, the page came up quickly (La Campanella / Miyuji Kaneko), but with an inset message box ("due to territorial restraints you can't purchase this album" etc.), so it appears to be working OK. I'm on the west coast of the United States, BTW.
Just tried - very fast response and no issues; then tried an old bookmark, didn't work, finally typed in the url and received a gateway error message, so I suspect their website may be overloaded?
Just tried again now, and got straight on! First time in days. I hope whatever problems they've been having are now sorted. I do sometimes get the territorial constraints Corry mentions - that has been the case for sometime. I'm in the UK.
