Qb Multiroom with HDX

I recently treated myself to a Qb for our kitchen/dining room and am much enjoying it. It picks up all the music that my HDX plays perfectly which is great but I cannot work out how to get it playing both HDX and Qb in sync as multiroom. Possibly this is because you cannot do this with the HDX as it is a hard disk player rather than a streamer? If it is doable then can anyone please give me a PC simpleton's guide as to how to do this. Thanks!

You can't multiroom an HDX and anything else. You could use a streamer (eg an NDX) to take music from your HDX as a upnp server rather than as a HD player and multiroom that streamer and the Qb, but it would be an expensive thing to do just to get multiroom.

Thanks David. That is what I suspected. Never mind, didn't buy it for multiroom playing, just for the radio and ability to play all my music files in the kitchen/dining room. Cheers
