connecting Naim NDX>nDac/XPS2 to active speakers

I am interested in getting a pair of Unity Audio The Rock active speakers.

For NDX>nDac/XPS2, can someone please tell me how I could connect them and what cables do I need ?

Also, given such setup without PRE/POWER amp, how could I control volume ?

As you've noted,you need a volume control and neither item you have already can do this. You'll need a pre-amp (and if Naim then a power supply to go with it) or change your setup to a Streamer or DAC with a built in volume control. Staying with Naim, a 272 which would fit nicely with your XPS2 and replace the NDX/DAC. You'll just need a DIN to RCA cable for each channel.
