ndac firmware update - need help

I am trying to update the firmware for my ndac. I have no idea what version it is. I followed the manual instruction by holding the dock button and turn it on. It flashes "4", "3", "3"".

what does that mean and am I supposed to install the update files version 4.11.8 or (compatible with flac) one only or both ? many thanks.

I connected ndac to a iOS device and found out the firmware version is 3.4.6.

am I supposed to install the update files version 4.11.8 first then the compatible with flac one shown on the link below ? many thanks.

3.4.6 does not align with your reported light flashes

have you read the pdf file?

Hi Jon, I did read the pdf file, but I do not fully understand the conversion table. The iOS firmware states 3.4.6., which I believe is correct.

should I install the update files version 4.11.8 first then the one named compatible with flac ? or ? thanks

look at the dates - the first is december 2015 and the second is may 2010. The first is all you need

(Yes, the date should be clearer)
