Hi again,
I purchased some Naim 322 cards the other day and fitted them, however, one channel is much, much lower than the other side, I have to have the balance knob cranked 95% over to one side to get the balance correct, also meaning I have to run the volume far higher to listen to anything, I never had this issue with the previous 323 cards I had fitted,
Could this be an issue with one of the cards?
Is there anything I can do to correct this issue?
Thanks for any help and advice proffered.

Are they fitted correctly? What is the pre-amp? Later units need links on the main board cutting. If you've already had phono boards working OK then that shouldn't be an issue.
Beyond that, how old are they - what issue? Note that pretty much all of them will be over 10 years old now, so servicing is recommended. The oldest will be nearing 40 years old!

Fitted exactly as the old 323 boards were fitted,
NAC62 pre amp
Yes, indeed I had the 323 boards functioning perfectly before,
From studying other 322 board images on the net they are 322/1 boards
Thanks for the advice, I have contacted the seller in regards to returning them,
Thanks as always for the advice,

[@mention:61543321023657407] - Good decision, to look at return. Hope the Seller is reasonable, or you have some protection, via your means of purchase. Surely there are some better, newer 322 'N' boards out there....? (No... you cannot have mine......!!!! My 72 needs them.)
