Emails and websites

Afternoon

I find myself in the position of needing a new email address and an associated webpage for a new chapter in my life. Has anyone any simple advice about getting either? Is it better to use one company for both?  Any recommendations? Pitfalls? Etc. 

I realise many others here have done this so forgive me seeking the benefit of your experience.
