Flash malfunction

my flash has decided to run amok and keeps turning up the volume on my 52

i changed the batteries, took it apart and used a camera air cleaner on the insides, put it back together and same thing happens. Could fry my tweeters but I caught it in time. Any fix? Can this still be repaired? Suggestions?

does naim still have the ability to repair this remote?
