Spanish Question Marks & Artwork

Having gone through several hundred folders over several days and put my artwork into each folder manually so it shows in the parent folders (Asset unfortunately doesn't allow this facility and indeed doesn't respond to help), I have uncovered a strange anomaly:

Spanish titles such as Shakira's album ¿Dónde están los ladrones¿ fail to display artwork. These are the only albums that have no artwork..the reason being....the inverted question mark.

I have literally stripped my entire collection of embedded artwork and hoped to keep it this way, but it appears if there is an inverted question mark, I will have to re-embed.

Anybody have any other solutions or knowledge of this. Naim is it possible to simply add this to your code?
