Hicap service and DR upgrade

Hello,

Would someone mind advising likely cost of servicing and having upgrade to DR spec. of my circa 259*** serial numbered Hicap?

Probably make better sense to sell that one and buy a newer DR model. The service and DR upgrades aren't cheap.

If its an Olive model my understanding is they cant be DR upgraded.

AJC,

your HiCap is from mid-2008. It can be upgraded to DR. However, I have now an unserviced one from 2003 and it's anything but breathless and tired. I'd leave yours as it is. I have had at least four or five HCs of any epoch between CB and black, plus two recent DRs. If you asked me, I wouldn't tell you that I am sure you'd like the DR version more than the classic. If you can, try a HCDR first, then decide. I am not even sure that I like my SN1 more with HC than without. But it was cheap, so I took it.
