Ground Switching Problem

Dear all,

what should i set on the ground switching?

Floating or Chassis ???

My equiment: ndx/202/200/hicap2/napsc2 (AV Amp has pre out to AV in)

If you have earth ground loop noise (it should be obvious) then set to floating and investigate noise. Otherwise leave on chassis setting.

Marcobb, this is timely as i am looking at this as well. I use a non Naim preamp, and have found if I leave my only current source, a Naim DAC on floating, the sound appears to subtly open up and soften in a positive way. I get no ground loop noise on either setting.
