Estate Agents

Our youngest and her husband are in the process of selling their old flat, which they had been renting out.  This is to help fund their next move (growing family) There was a problem with subsidence due to the dry weather last year, which is about to be repaired, so should be OK.  They've had a reasonable offer, but their Estate Agent is telling them not to mention the subsidence repairs!  Seems strange when it will be quite obvious when the builders etc appear to fix it.

No wonder people don't trust them.  I've told her to be upfront about the problem to avoid any legal comeback later on.
