Any of the Gregorio Paniagua stuff on Harmonia Mundi France: La Folia, Villancicos, Tarentule-Tarentelle, and also on Harmonia Mundi, Danses Anciennes de Hongrie with the Clemencic Consort.
These are some of the best albums in my collection and all have stuff to reveal every aspect of a system. If you are into vinyl, these are in great Speakers Corner issues.
