You should send that in to Viz. It would be right up their alley (fnarr fnarr).

On a slightly more highbrow note, it's actually a dominant seventh, not a major seventh: the A flat at the top is the giveaway. Since a dominant seventh occurs naturally within in the harmonic series of many oscillating systems, being able to 'play' one on that particular - ahem - instrument isn't as surprising as one might initially think. A good trumpet player could do the same thing on a length of hosepipe.
