Tidal free trial

Hi, I ordered new dac v1 and uniti core with 2tb SSD 4 weeks ago and is to be installed by the dealer this Monday. Just realised that the tidal free trial has expired today 30th 06 17 no big deal really at missing out but as equipment was purchased 1 month ago wonder if I might still qualify. Any views appreciated.

Don't you have to buy a device capable of streaming Tidal to get the free trial?

Fair enough! Give it a try, I suspect it will still work. If you only want the free trial, you can cancel immediately, in case you forget, and still keep the free period.

I thought that the Uniticore was a CD ripper/hard disk player/server only. Do you also have a naim streamer? If not I can't see how you can stream from Tidal or any other internet services.

The Tidal free trial only applied to streamer products, not Dacs or Servers, and could only be claimed through the streamer. So if you didn't claim it through your NDX then you've missed out.

Of course you can still sign up, as everyone gets the first month free. I was fortunate enough to get my 272 with plenty of time on the offer so I used my code after my first free month.
