Share folder is offline

Reboot your router and restart your Unitiserve too is I suspect the answer, assuming that it has previously been online?

Are you trying to view the folder on a computer? If so, the way to make it show up consistently depends on weather you're using a Mac or a PC. On a Mac, add the US drive as a 'startup item.' On a PC, map the drive.

No the folder is there and active but according to the share manager it is offline. I need to know how to get online on the PC.

No it is just a standard internal drive.

ChrisSU already gave you the answer. You have to map the downloads folder in your PC and it will appear on line to  your PC.

You can read any number of descriptions of how to map a folder or drive on a PC if you just google the question.

If you can't understand how to do it after reading some googled pages, then I think you would be best ringing Naim support who could if you wanted and ask them nicely log into your PC remotely and do it for you.
