which banana plugs at speaker end?

Maybe this has been covered before, but which Banana plugs at speaker end give best timing and PRAT?
I got Dynaudio Focus 260 speakers.

Life's too short to really bother
Analog, I would fit whichever speaker plugs are recommended by Dynaudio - generally it's best to match the plug to the connector as best as possible to minimise any losses through dissimilar materials.
Or get some Super Lumina speaker wires - good plugs at both ends.
The other thing some people do is to use Naim loudspeaker plugs and take off the plastic cover.

Yes, that's exactly what I did with my NACA5 cables for my Focus 260s. It works fine.
Alternatively, I'd recommend Deltron 4mm Nickel Banana Plugs with "Large Solder Bucket".
Note to DIY'ers on solder-style Deltron banana plugs...
Just be careful to avoid going overboard with the quantity of solder. It can get sucked up into the banana plug body, which will prevent articulation of the contact spring.
You'll find out when you try to insert the plug. No joy.
Don't force it. You'll have to remove and toss the overfed plug, and start again with a fresh one (ask me how I know this).
I used the Naim banana plugs for my Dyns.
Badlands,
With our without the Naim plastic housing, which enforces 19mm spacing?
Which Dyns do you have? The Focus 260s (at least) have a 40mm binding post spacing, hence the Naim speaker plugs plastic housing must be removed.
Depending on the speaker cable you use and the plating on the speaker terminals, the solder on type of gold plated beryllium copper Z-plugs can be very effective, but only for lighter weight speaker cables (N.B. not NAC-A5 or TQB!).
Otherwise Deltrons soldered on are a good bet.
If your speakers have nickel plated sockets, the the Naim plugs are ideal.
In any case it's best to match the plating of the plug to the plating of the socket
Gold -> Gold
Nickel -> Nickel *
Silver -> Silver *
Gold -> Chrome
* These need to be unplugged and re-plugged a few times every 4 - 12 months to clean off oxides and sulphides; the others can often be left up to 3 years depending on atmospheric conditions.
I have Qed Airlock banana's on my NAC A5. They make for a very solid connection.
JJ, somewhere in the dark recesses of my memory I seem to recall that the Airlocks were not much liked on NACA5. I'll see if I can dig up some old opinion on it...

Tamarin,
Yes, the plastic housing is removed, I have the Excite X38 speakers, they have the same binding posts, spacing, as the focus 260's.
Thanks for clarifying, Badlands.
principle of crimping /compression similar to airlock is electrically the best

Can you justify that assertion?
