Adding new station to ND5 XS

I am trying to add my subscribed Calm Radio station to my above streamer, but it keeps coming up with log in failed. When it asks for my personal radio station to use preferences what do I use? Also when I indicate forgotten password I do not receive any emails. Can anyone help?

to add a new Iradio to the Naim list, you have a tool on the Naim Website. Go to " this page " and then type "how do i add new internet radio stations".
