QNAP NAS error

I purchased a QNAP 453 Pro. However i am having problems with the scannable network shares. After updating i will get an error. Chris and Jonathon from Naim have looked at it several times and done some changes on the NAS but the problem persists. Has anyone else had this problem? The image you posted doesn't actually show us anything that will help with diagnosis.

What do you mean by "scannable network shares"?
What error?
Detected / shown where?
What type of computer are you using?
What network protocol are you using to connect?
What does the QNAP's system configuration pages show for the network sharing?
What does the QNAP's system configuration pages show for the disk status / health (inc. S.M.A.R.T. analysis)?
