I don’t know what connection Naim are using for the new Uniti range with the remote but talk about hit and miss... how many times, sitting 14feet away, should you have to press a button on the remote to get a response?

and as for holding the power button for 3 seconds to put it into deep sleep, not a chance, they just don’t communicate that well, sadly...

Mine works perfectly, even if I’m not in the same room. Maybe you have a faulty remote?

I hope not, mine has to constantly reconnect to the star every time I try to use it, press buttons two, three, even four times before I get a response... it’s most annoying (upsetting).

In that case, it is certainly not working as intended. I would get in touch with your dealer or Naim support and get it sorted.

Shane, get in touch with Naim support today.  That doesn't sound like normal behaviour at all.

Shane - just a thought. Have you got the Naim box sited close to a router, wireless phone or any other wireless device ?

Thanks for the thought but no, all items are wired to the router which is in another room.
