Classic fm offline.

live in Ireland and find no reception on the internet here of Classic FM since lunchtime. Have they blanked listeners from outside UK. All other stations appear ok. Can receive via satellite. Anyone have similar problems on their Muso?

If the station remains offline you should get in touch with Naim support, as iRadio stations do occasionally seem to go offline, and they can sometimes resolve the issue by taking it up with vTuner, who provide Naim’s iRadio service.

Thanks so much for the reply. This morning at 7.30 am.  I notice it’s back. I am presuming the breakdown was a little more extensive as I have a pure sensia radio and absolutely no internet station was working last night. This morning it’s working. Would be very curious to find what was the issue.

You'll probably never know!

Can say all are working fine now but if the copyright authorities sought to implement a decision that stations like classic fm geoblock and can only be heard in UK it would be a shame. Many Brits I know overseas listen to this station rather than the stuffy R3.
