Imgur hosted images don’t show up when viewed from my iPad

I’m persistently unable to see the images posted by contributors who use Imgur to host their images. They show as empty white squares.

Since nobody else has experienced this, I have to assume it must be my device. I’ve had a look in settings, but can’t see anything there that might be an obvious cause. If anyone has any ideas I’m all ears..

Which iPad and what iOS version?

Have you tried logging out of the forum and then logging back in again?

Hi Richard,

i just logged out and back in and no change.

iPad model is MD786B/A. Version 11.1(15893)

I see I have a software update waiting (11.1.2) so I will install that now, but this is a persistent problem for me since everyone swapped from using photobucket to Imgur, so it may not help, but I will update now and let you know if it’s fixed.

On my iPad iOS 11.1.2 it's a mess. I'm almost at a point of junking it from the iPad as, although I can see my Laptop/Windows/Chrome posted images, I can't get them to display correctly in either albums or edit format anything as it does on Windows/Chrome. Sorry this is not being helpful I know, maybe I'm being thick, but I'm not loosing sleep over it & now use it only on my Windows laptop.

This is wierd.. suddenly, they all show up! No blank squares. I did nothing different. Ah well, I’m off to look at the system pics thread - so many I’ve missed !
