B&W 705 s2

Merry xmas to all. I am about to start my look for new speakers for my naim uniti. Had B&Ws for years & monitor audio b 4 that. I am thinking of the new B&W 705 s2 s, any advice would be apprc. cheers.

Should be a good match, which Uniti are you looking to use? Never heard naim/b&w Buy I’m sure they’d be fine together.

Other brands to consider if interested would be Dynaudio, PMC, Neat or Kudos.

I did listen to the B&W 705S2 on a Naim Nova. They are very good loudspeakers. For the Uniti, the B&W's are an easy load. The sound is wide, detailed and very authoritative. I didn't choose them because I feel they are very "in the face"; very direct and a bit too present for my taste. I think this is common for most B&W loudspeakers and if you like the directness, than they are a strong candidate. I would definitely advise you to also listen to the Q Acoustic Concept 500 or Totem.
