You have about 15 minutes in which to make edits. I use my phone for about 90% of my posts, and very often need to edit them.
(2015)
Sticking with psychedelic rock, this time from Sweden, this is their fine (full length) debut album.
"In an era in which ‘psychedelia’ can often mean merely a grab-bag of influences from which wah-wah pedals and two-note riffs are dispensed as signifiers and signposts into a realm of easy accessibility as opposed to gateways to another dimension, it can be a rarity to come across a band who are genuinely fixated on creating alternate realities for the listener. Yet this is exactly how Stockholm’s Josefin Öhrn + The Liberation view their incandescent art, and it’s this sensibility that’s led to the kaleidoscopic splendour of their debut full-length for Rocket Recordings, ‘Horse Dance’."

Prompted by Tony2011's playing of this earlier today. From the first time I heard their first album I've been a fan of Garbage. The rawness, the power, the lyrics - there's an addictive mix here. I can already feel the temptation to dig out more of their albums.....and as the band says on 2.0....Temptation Waits......

Tidal. Nicole Atkins - Goodnight Rhonda Lee
And onto 2.0.
Lots of songs I like on here but if I had to pick one it would be Push It. My goodness, that almost begs you to whack up the volume control!
M. Ward - "Rain" (2016) produced by Tucker Martine
Keeping up the jazzy mood... Vinyl reissue from the mid/late 1980s I think:
Muzio Clementi: Olivier Cavé (piano)
Didone abbandonata - Scena tragica
Tidal - sounding pretty good to me.
Geri Allen was scheduled to participate in a concert at the University of Chicago next month but unfortunately she is not among the living anymore.
