Album info. unavailable

Using the Naim app. (V5.9) on iPad (V10.3.3 (14G60) - when I try to open the album info. I get the following message - "Request failed : forbidden (403)"
This has just occurred today. All was OK yesterday, and for the previous several years. Has something changed? UnitiServe 2Tb; ND5XS; Nait XS2
If not tried already, then turn everything off, wait half a minute and power it up again.

I had the same last weekend, I tried a number of things including resetting the app, the final thing that fixed it for me was to delete the app, power cycle the iPad (clears RAM) & reinstall the app.
You might find it different as your network discovery & find rooms will be different from mine, but give it a shot.
Thanks for your responses.
I have tried turning all of the devices off and then restarted after 8 hours, including replacing the Naim app. on the iPad - with no change. The music is all there, album cover art is present but the same message occurs when trying to access album information.
Perhaps a holiday is required?
The "Request failed : forbidden (403)" message seems to be an Apple message, its reported on numbers of app www blogs with (FitBit for example) It means the app can't access the server. I know you've done it already but I would focus on cleaning out the iPad, delete or turn off anything not used, delete the Naim app again & force an iPad restart, when powered up again make sure the firmware is up to date.
Run a systematic restart on the whole system. Turn it all off, wait 5m & then restart in the following order - one at a time - LAN switch (if fitted), 2. Wireless router - let it fully complete its start process. 3. UnitiServe - let it complete its start process. 4. ND5 …. it should find the network automatically but may need some manual help with the front panel buttons. 5. iPad
Thanks Mike-B. I've done all that with no change. You are right that its an Apple issue - I can access the album info. via my iPhone. My iPad can't be updated to the latest version of iOS (iPad 2) but has the newest software available. I'm not aware of either Apple or Naim changing their software in the interval during which the problem occurred.
If I find a solution I'll let you know.
Next suggestion is e-mail naim info@naimaudio.com. Its something they would be interested in as its probably linked to your UServe & it might be a rock in the road for the new Core. They will need all your system details, ND5, server & how its wired plus iPad model & iOS rev, it might be good including broadband router make/model
Thanks again Mike-B. I'll do that. I have wondered whether "older" Apple devices would fall foul of compatibility with revisions to the Naim app. intended to keep newer Naim devices working. I hope I don't have to upgrade my Naim gear any time soon - its not cheap and sounds great.
I don't think your iOS age is the problem as no one else is reporting your specific error 403 problem.
I bit the bullet on my old iPad (limited to 9 series software) a few months ago as I foresaw the iOS becoming a problem with the future apps needs for new platform, multiroom, Roon, Amazon et al. But to your point, I don't see the older Naim products such as your ND5 & my NDX running out of support, we might not be able to keep up with some of that new platform firmware stuff but the basics will keep going for a long while yet
Thanks Mike-B. I've sent the email message to info@naimaudio.com.
I agree with you that the likely issue is with the iPad or its current use of software. I have seen the online fitbit issues and tried the solutions raised there.
The comment about having to upgrade the Naim gear was really tongue-in-cheek. If I can't have album info. it won't change the sound.
