Nova headphone thoughts?

I'm very much enjoying my new Uniti Nova with B&W 804 D3 speakers. An addition in a second home to the uniti 2 / neat elite combo I already have.

Clear upgrade and handled my 16 yo son's demo choices with aplomb. The slam to start Royal Republic Full Steam space machine is especially cool. A Maxell man moment in the demo room for those who remember that advert.

In digging I didn't see a thread on headphone pairing for the Nova. Want to be able to play late at night. Don't really want the extra box of a dedicated headphone amp. Was interested if any Nova owners had thoughts on an appropriate pairing? Budget not a particular limit but don't need to spend 1000 quid if the headphone stage doesn't justify it. Interested to try open design as I have Bose QC35 for travel.
