Deep sleep mode works not properly

On my naim uniti nova  works the deep sleep mode not properly

most of the time after pressing the on off button more than 3 seconds

the device switches to the standby mode.

This is the case when operating both the device and the remotecontrol

Hi Aaj, I have a similar issue as well, except, my Atom will go into deep sleep mode only when pressing the stand-by button on the front panel of the unit, when using the button of the remote, it'll simply go into stand-by mode.

If I recall well, the on-line manual states "to put the Uniti Atom in to Deep Sleep Mode, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds on either the front panel or remote."

Well in my case, using the remote will not put it into sleep mode.

Do some others owners have the same issue?

Same on my Atom, can only get it to deep sleep from front panel stand by button on the unit. Not the remote.

The Core is the same, although sometimes after reboots etc it ends up working as it should. Then it sinks back to this problem!

i don’t get it : the new range’s  manuals state and describe a whole bunch of features that are actually not available on the various units...

i do understand that any new gear/technology may have flaws or small bugs, however taking a look at the number of glitches and issues I get with my atom, also experienced by others users here on this very forum (and the list just keeps growing), I wish we were not the beta testers
