Naim Qb and Mac

Hello! We have recently purchased a Qb and successfully linked and ran it via AirPlay / WiFi before Christmas. I downloaded the Naim app on my iPhone. All was well. The Qb was turned off at the mains over Christmas at some point. I am now struggling to get the Mac to see it.   I have restarted using the reset at the back and tthe Qb successfully connects to the home WiFi as per the manual. However, the Airplay icon previously showing in iTunes now isn’t showing when opened on the Mac. The Mac is connected to the same WiFi as the Qb. The Qb hasn’t been moved and is the same location as when it was working. Any ideas very gratefully received!  Have two young daughters absolutely desperate to use it for their living room dancing again now that the Christmas tree has gone and there is space again! Probably something very stupid I am doing/overlooking but seem to be going round and round in circles.

Be sure both are on the same WiFi network.

[@mention:73652630721168837] If you are still there, and your daughters haven't murdered you yet! The first thing I would try is a full restart of your network. That means turn off everything on your network. Then restart the router, and leave it for a few minutes to settle down. Then start your Mac, and let it connect. Then everything else, one item at a time. Then see if it is visible in iTunes.

If the balance of your network devices are working fine, its unlikely to be your router. Much more likely to be the Mu-so itself

When you used the reset button, did you go through the set-up new device routine in the Naim app on your Mac?

I had the same thing happen....all working fine then; Qb connected to the network through wi-if, status LED showing connection but no speaker showing up in Qobuz on my i-Pad.  Cycled the power of the Qb, (removed mains plug for  a few seconds), power up, paper-clip reset, then opened Naim app and clicked set up new device on the iPad. Went though set up....normal service resumed.
