High Quality recordings

I think we all realize that the quality of the recording makes the most difference in SQ. Almost all recordings by Jack Johnson and Elysian Fields to name 2 are superb. Any favorite high quality recordings irrespective of genre?

Also can someone recommend the highest quality recording of Haydn's 12 London Symphonies
