Finding album cover art

Posted by: john V on 24 January 2018

My last forum question was answered so quickly and expertly, I've decided to try again. I've discovered that my UnitiCore does a good job of finding metadata and cover art for ripped CDs.  It occasionally has problems with older classical and obscure popular CDs.  When I follow the options on the app to find cover art, I can often find the missing covers on one of the sites offered -- but, I have never figured how to transfer the covers to the album information on the Core. I'll appreciate some help with this.

I use the change metadata to find the change artwork with bing, google or discogs on my iPad. Hold the image down until save image appears, save to iPad library. Then change artwork again, press photo library , press image, then press use image, and finally press save in the top left corner. Takes about 20;seconds or so. Hope this helps.

Another way, works with iPad and android and is much quicker. First of all, if you can't find cover art try looking in 'All' tab on browser rather than picture or giff. Once you've found the artwork hold finger on it 'till copy or save show. Selecting copy will immediately place it as artwork. Selecting save will probably save it in pictures. Gazza has given you the instructions above for saving. Use the save method of your ripping a boxed set.

Hope this helps, it's the way I do it now, to save time.
