Uniti Atom power button just blinks and does not go on

I live in Brazil and I have bought the Naim Uniti Atom while recently in Europe. I have been having a series of problems (which I can discuss in a later post) since I began using it. Still I was able to play music in a nice way. But no problem was as serious as the one now. I disconnect the player from the mains and when I reconnected it the following day the power button is just blinking and will not go on. It tries to initialize and it does not go beyond the display. I have tried everything I have read but it will not work. I have read similar posts but I did not hear of a solution. I am also very disappointed with Naim's customer service. It takes days for them to answer an email. Tomorrow I will call them in the UK. Any suggestions?
