i was playing an playlist (selfmade) from tidal.  After an hour the picture of a song was frozen on my screen.

My atom works normal but the picture stay the same. Tv, radio, other playlist: every tame the same same picture on screen.

Try restarting it fully - funny feeling someone said before this needs a firmware update.

My Atom had a display fault where it showed some kind of corrupted image and was deemed faulty - I think this is different.

When I spoke with Phil Harris at Audio Show East back in September or was it October he said it was known, needs a firmware fix. Turn it off, turn on again should be OK. Happens to my Nova every week or so. But do use the App to report the fault or call them.....to keep the pressure up. Should have been sorted ages ago.

Have had my atom up and running for a few days without incident. However, as you describe, the screen has just frozen on one album image. Everything else works fine. Turning on & off using the remote didn’t work. Unplugging it at the mains and restarting appears to have fixed things; for now!

Ive had the freezing artwork once when using a constantly evolving playlist via tidal and roon on the Atom. Its not done it again, but I know a few others on here have. Just add it the list of bugs for the Atom.

Guys I mentioned in another thread hear try assigning a static IP for your devices, I also uninstalled and reinstalled the apps, then added the room manually with the static IP.

I maybe mad but I think it doesn't sound as good.
