will an SN1 adequately drive these speakers?

When a SuperNait 1 is put upside-down, it bears the world.

But more serious ... I have a pair inefficient loudspeakers B&W CM1, having an efficiency of 84 db, in a 4.5 * 10 meter room, and these are driven well. I always think that the SN1 loves to work. Good, full, roomfilling and more sound.

Waiting for someone who has tried the combo though.

The idea that the efficiency rating of a speaker defines how difficult it is to drive is an urban myth.

I wish you could hear my brother's PrimaLuna 35 watt integrated amp drive these speakers, so I would hope the SN1 would have enough power to also drive them just as well. It's a very impressive valve amp!!!

Paul,

I have a pair of Sonus faber Cremona AuditorM and I can tell you that a Supernait will drive the Cremona very easily!

I tried the AuditorM with the 300, the Uniti and the Qute, and it all works very nicely.

Cheers, Edouard
