Pre out for Nac-N272

I have Nac-N272 which I use it with Roksan Caspian M1 power amplifier. For the best result, which pre out connection should I use? Currently I'm using rca pre out. Should I use din pre out with din to rca cable? Does it make any difference?

All else being equal, DIN does a make a difference in my experience, even when just at one end.
