90 Bisodol (Crimond) - 25 Sep 2011 (could it be the best HMHB yet?)

Posted by: Guido Fawkes on 31 August 2011

The wait be nearly over. I know there be a rumour that I've being pacing up and down since Ambleside, but in my defence I can only say it be true. And then like a Jason Scotland drive in to the top right hand corner and Keith Andrews winner in the 90th minute, you know great things be afoot.

The best group on the planet will release their new album in the last week of September and having heard quite a few tracks on 6 music and all the many samples available on the Interweb, I be thinking it could be the best yet.

Taking some extra time to get this collection of songs together has been time well spent. Half Man Half Biscuit be a national treasure (one that'll never be off-shored to you know where).

All the best, Guy

Yes - no TOBW/CLSC/AB on vinyl either .... would have been nice, but Geoff still has some 4LWSTW on cassette which will be great when Naim finally releases that Dolby S cassette deck that we've all been waiting for.

Still this one promises to be up there with Sgt Pepper, Eldoardo, Sandy, Anthems of Eden, SF Sorrow, Oh My Darling, Tilt and Chas & Dave's Christmas Medleys.

I think it is more song based, a bit of a grower
