Naim Mu-So QB. Volume Dial not working

Just bought a Naim Mu-So QB.     Volume Dial doesn't work?    Is this a simple setting on the app or is it broken?

There is a setting for cleaning that disables the controls on the muso. Under other settings then cleaning mode. Make sure its un ticked.

Have you tried restarting it. Unplug from mains, leave a few minutes then plug back in?

In that case I would give naim a call as it sounds like its faulty.
