Another great service by Wayne at Cymbiosis, Leicestershire. Resolving my head amp connectivity issues to NAC 122X.
As usual Wayne patiently tested my head amp + mirror my setup at Cymbiosis and advise for me to try at home, started working again, saving me in purchasing replacement head amp.

Wayne is a good chap, great company indeed. I wish all hifi companies were like that. Fair prices, good service. It makes me going back to them when I need something.

As Varyat said - I have been dealing with Peter and the crew for years (I am also overseas)
Unfortunately many USA based Naim and Linn dealers have quite a bit they can learn from customer service such as that offered by Peter and the boys. Not saying that there aren't any good local dealers - just that there are a number of "not so good" ones.
