Unused Hydra plug and Hum

My NAT01 has returned to HQ for some love and attention. I noticed the other night that a buzzing noise had become apparent when not playing music. After much cable twiddling I cured it by plugging the Hydra plug from the absent 01 into the MOSE LP12 power supply and ditching the Mose lead. Buzz gone. An earthing issue with spare plug not connected I guess.

Could be..

I have an unused hydra lead on mybsysmy since taking the CD5si out of the system and don't have any issues..so cannot be sure what the cause is
