Nova refuses to play Tidal - suddenly

After about 2 weeks my Nova refuses to play tidal, and i changed password (does not have special characters), reinstalled app, tried the app from 2 different devices and nothing works.

Have you tried logging in to the desk top version on a computer and see if your log-in and user name are working? I suspect your password and user name are not matched 

i will try that, but i have tried 2 different TIDAL user ids and both have same problem.

I would pull the plug from the mains, plug back in after 20 seconds or so. Then do a factory reset using the remote handset.

Press the home button

Go to settings 

Factory reset. That should solve it.

Thanks for the suggestion, by pulling the plug and restarting the system did the trick!
