Nac 282 connection questions

What power supply do you have on the NAC282?  

The pre-outs are on the power supply - usually three stereo pre-outs on DIN4s.  You can connect to a non-Naim power amp from one of these using a DIN4-RCA phono interconnect like the one shown in the FAQ.

Non-Naim PSUs. I can't afford another PSU.

OK, discussion of unauthorised modifications (which includes non-Naim PSUs on pre-amps etc.. ) falls outside of forum AUP. However, it should have a pre-out onboard, so you can use that. Otherwise, refer to the documentation that came with the PSU or contact the manufacturer.
