The 808's def need more than a 250 to show what they can do ....500 or Statement would be more appropriate imo.

Very happy to see Kudos represented in the USA- a great line.

BPW is that you Brooks? Yes Tyler started the break in with the Aavik mono blocks (300W class A). Tyler mentioned they will give the Raidho D5'1s (225 - 250K retail) a run for the money. Part of the reason for the soft demo was to see what works and what doesn't. The 808's are absolutely amazing if you have the power.

varant yesterday was a boatload of fun. IMO the 808's were absolutely amazing at low to mid listening levels. Should have put them on the Aavik mono's for higher listening levels. Hopefully it won't be the last demo. IMO they remind me of a cross between Dynaudios and Raidhos leaning a lot more toward Raidho. Just my personal opinion.

Hook - trying to get an answer from Tyler regarding list with the 606's.  John SSucks may be right but I thought they MAYBE 13K. Tyler mentioned he will not discount the Kudos BUT he will overvalue your trade in (especially Kudos) to make folks think twice. I'll post back when I hear from Tyler. Hope it's before he goes to England.

Yes, i have demoed the 808's shortly after their release  with a 552/500 system at Cymbiosis in the UK...They are fantastic speakers -period. I have only hear the smaller Raidho standpoints at Axpona a few years back and was impressed with their dynamic clarity and neutrality - maybe a bit too dry for my taste. Nice to have choices

The Titan 505 is the model I have my eye on,after hearing a few guys thoughts,that heard them at this years Bristol show.I think they said they were being run off a Nova,so my 250 DR should work great.

Yes the list price for the 606 is 15K. I think I have the price of the S20a wrong. I think that may be 13K. I may have been thinking of C20. Tyler should have the official pricing after he returns from Europe.

List I saw had S20a at $7k and C20 at $5800.

Yes George that’s me!.BTW my Nd555 arrived last Friday.sadly I have been out of town. I will be back late tomorrow so I can see for myself what all the fuss is about
