Armageddon a new toy next week...

Found a great buy on a pre-loved Armageddon. Just waiting for it to arrive and be fitted.
Anyone on here still using one or has everyone moved on to Lingo's or Radikals?
i moved on to a Radikal, primarily because i have quite a few 45s, dislike swapping pulleys, and didn't want to continue having two decks in the living room. i think the Armageddon is a great power supply.
I have always wanted to try an Armageddon but like JOE9407 I have too many 45 rpm LP's, 12"s and singles to bother with changing the pulley all the time.
I'm still using an Armageddon and Aro, about as close to the Naim 'house' sound as you can get with an LP12. Never really had the itch to change either, which is always a good sign.
I've also moved on to a Radikal, but the 'Geddon's a great power supply, no doubt about it. I know you must think this is totally daft, but I discovered a Naim Powerline made a greater difference to this component than any of my others (500s, 552, SC) at the time.

You could go further - no baseboard, and maybe even be fitted with carefully levelled CDS feet. Oh, and some might argue for a pre-cirkus bearing as well...
I’m with Geko I had a Lingo 1 on the LP12 / Ittok moved onto the Armeggedon / Aro about 12 years ago just a synergy between the two. I don’t play 45’s so I don’t see the need to move onto Radikal or Lingo 4.

Martin
I had aro and armeggedon untill last year
Still got aro ...but armeggedon now swopped out for mober DC power
Naim power worked well ..but wanted to get away from AC motor
Was not worried in the slightest by single speed ..and was nice having the (mk 2) naim box on the fraim..but don't really miss it and got a cracking price for it when sold ...
Thanks for the comments all. I can't wait to hear it. It may be pairing with a Kore as well since my LP12 guy loves that sub chassis with his Aro and Armageddon.

Funny enough I'm still using a pre-circus bearing, and when I was using my Mana stand I never used the baseboard but due to space and my Fraim I moved over to the trampoline.
I'm curious about the CDS feet. Are they still available? I might try to move back to the Mana stand?
Lingo 1, pre Cirkus bearing, Trampolinn 1, Zeta, Audio Technica - does the job.
I’ve just retired my Armageddon and replaced it with a Lingo 4 which big step forward.

Nostalgia is not what it used to be - but it might be one day
LP12/Cirkus/Keel/Tramplin 2/Urika/Ekos SE/Kandid - sounds fine to me (no money left for a streamer though )
oh - and a Radikal
