Do these NDX versions transmit BT to BT devices or do the just receive BT from a BT device?
They can only accept an incoming BT signal.
I think one of the Yamaha MusicCast amp/ dac combo can do both, though have never demoed. Though not in the same price range as Naim.

Yes, certainly the Yamaha MusicCast WXAD10 Smart Sound Adapter does.
For the money, it's pretty decent and seems rock solid, I use one in a second system for background listening.
